Tell-Tail's Wild Cat CD CGC

"Cat"
Cat is shown here at just 6 weeks old & 6 years old.  She has a very compact body
with a nice frontpiece, darling head type & lovely movement.  She comes from an
interesting outcross of solid varieties & produced chocolate.  Born on my birthday,
she is one of my house girls & knows no strangers;  she has enjoyed spending her
free time visiting at the nursing home, helping herself to their laps & beds.   I clearly
remember a time I brought Cat & one of her puppies to see my Mom in the nursing
home on Christmas day.  After spending some time with the family I helped Mom back
to her room & into her bed.  I turned around to get the dogs & they were gone.  I ran
out into the hallway to find Cat leading her little boy puppy down the hall & into
another patron's room to wish them a Merry Christmas.
In 2008, she earned her Canine Good Citizen & Therapy Dog Int'l titles.

1/26/01 - 5/21/13

I'll always remember my "Kitty Cat" jumping into another girl's litter (whether they
were still there or not) as soon as I left the room & forgetting to close the top of the
xpen.  Rest assured all puppies would be soaking wet from Cat making sure they
were kept perfectly clean; in later years it was more about cleaning up the food they
left.  Remembering obedience class when doing a recall, she always came to "here
kitty kitty kitty!"  And how she flatly refused to spend much time on the floor with
other dogs when she could be on someone's bed, chair, or my lap.  Or the times she
rested her chin on a chair rail or a hassock to get my attention,  knowing the cute
factor was through the roof for me.  From the time she was carrying around an
umbrella at her first puppy match to just recently carrying a large heavy drinking
glass from my night stand to the living room dog bed, I've known she was something
special, she loved everyone, & everyone loved her.  I'll miss her head on my
shoulder at night.
