| Tell-Tail Cocker Spaniels has been in the business of producing a better Cocker Spaniel since 1972. I'm a life member of The American Spaniel Club & past president of The Cocker Spaniel Club of Northern Ohio, known primarily for breeding & showing the Parti-Color Variety (including the chocolate partis), bred for type, with great temperaments, exceptionally pretty heads, and structurally built for beautiful, correct movement. My interest in Cockers began at the age of 10, when my Mother purchased a lovely red male puppy from the Norbill Kennel to call my own. My sister, Carol Laubscher (of Best in Show Parti Cocker Spaniel CH Regalia's Snowdrifter fame, who later bred her Best in Show & specialty winning Regalia Akitas), guided me into the Parti-Colors around 1972 with my first 2 homebred champions in 1974. They were CH Tell-Tail's Tri-Ful Sweet & CH Regalia's Tell-Tail Twirl, who produced CH Signature's Solitaire, a top producer of his time. I am forever grateful to Carol for leading me down this path in my life. I'm proud to say there are Tell-Tail Cocker Spaniels in 16 countries outside of the U.S. Throughout the years I have also taken some time to put a few obedience titles on my dogs. Recently, I've discovered the joy of agility & am proud to have bred 4 of the top 6 agility Cockers in the country for 2009, including the #1 Cocker for 3 years, Tanner. |
