| CH Tell-Tail's Fudge Feathers "Truffle" |
| Truffle is my first chocolate & white champion. While her sister, CH Tell-Tail's Classic Coke, was the "show" dog, Truffle was destined to be the great mother & producer. She is known primarily for producing my 2 champion chocolate & white stud dogs, CH Tell-Tail's Chasin' Sanborn & CH Tell-Tail's Les Brown. Her temperament was wonderful & was a tall, up-on-leg bitch with a long neck & clean shoulders. She had a pretty head & a scissors bite. Her sire was a top producer with, I believe, the first Group Placing of a chocolate & white (bred by Judy Iby). Truffle's grandmother, CH Schiely's Frost N Fudge (bred by Bev Schiely), was purchased & finished by my sister, Carol Laubscher (Regalia). I believe her to be the first chocolate & white bitch to become a champion of record (handled by Mike Kinchsular). |
